Guided Hunts

Goose hunts:
Conducted over white spreads, various decoys, Texas rags or Windsocks used. Decoys are determined by the guides each day depending on conditions and recent goose activity. Typically field hunting. Parties normally consisting of six to seven hunters. It's not uncommon to bag pintails, teal, and mallards while hunting from white spreads.

Duck hunts:
Conducted over flooded fields, ponds, and reservoirs. Box blinds, sunken pit blinds, and natural blinds are used. Many different types of hunting techniques are used depending on the species of ducks we are pursuing. Hunters normally bag a few geese while duck hunting.

Other Important Considerations...

  • Reservations - all hunts must be booked in advance. We suggest a 3 - 5 day hunt, but a one or two day hunt is welcome.

  • Party Size - parties of six to eight hunters are recommended, but individuals are welcome. A minimum of four hunters is required for a private party during the regular waterfowl season or pay for the same.

  • Deposit - a fifty percent (50%) deposit is required in order to confirm dates. Balance of payment is due two weeks prior to the day of the hunt.

  • Cancellations - your deposit is fully refundable until October 1st.
